On February 9-10, 2023, there was a meeting consisting of representatives of the Association of Medical Colleges of Kyrgyzstan, directors of medical colleges, teachers, students and delegations from Germany were the employer Mr. Mustafa Ozal, Ms. Burul, members of the German-Kyrgyz diaspora Ms. The meetings were held Gulzhan Frindt-Saidilkan, Nurlan Mukash, Ainura Isakova, Director of International Career Consulting LLC. During the meeting, issues of bilateral cooperation, issues of employment in Germany for graduates of medical colleges of Kyrgyzstan "Nursing" were discussed and considered. As a result, the draft program "Nurse" was discussed, special tasks for its implementation were set, and bilateral support was provided.
In accordance with the requirements of the employer, the goal was to train German-speaking and driving nurses together to use the employer's investments for this. Depending on the appointment under the leadership of the Association:
- creation and teaching of professional German language courses,
- analysis of nursing education programs of the two countries,
- providing the necessary textbooks,
- organizing the exchange of experience in the field of teacher education,
- An agreement was reached on the creation of driving courses with international laws.
The Nursing program was one of the most important tasks in the country - it provides an opportunity for Kyrgyzstanis to find employment as qualified specialists abroad.
This cooperation is carried out within the framework of the memorandum of understanding signed in 2022 between the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Employment Agency of Germany, subject to the approval and support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Labor and Social Development and Migration. The "Concept for the Development of Education in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2021-2030" and the implementation of the "Program for the Development of Education in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2021-2040" of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic were noted as promising.
